Hands-on experience with qPCR, Flow Cytometry, cDNA synthesis, and cell culture techniques. Strong aseptic technique and general lab experience in a biosafety environment. Familiarity with bioreactor systems, process development, or Design of Experiments is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for QC and data interpretation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced lab environment.

The CCC&OM Directorate conducts research focused on the protection, resuscitation, and stabilization of combat casualties at frontline points of care in the combat theater. The Tri-Service Research Laboratory (TSRL) building consists of a 181,000 square foot facility with a 46,000 square foot vivarium that is fully accredited by the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care. The surgical space available to NAMRU-SA, consisting of sterile and non-sterile operating rooms is 3,000 square feet with an additional 2,200 square feet of laboratory and procedure space.
