3×3 is seeking a program strategist with a passion for social impact to support our studio’s community-centered design practice across a wide range of projects, from multi-stakeholder engagement to qualitative research and design strategy. This is a multi-faceted position ideal for someone eager to collaborate on projects that blend design, research, strategy, communications, and public outreach. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is able to wear multiple hats and is comfortable teaching others about design justice approaches. The candidate shall have excellent communication skills, including facilitation experience, an understanding of project and knowledge management, and client-facing communication, and should be enthusiastic about conveying creative ideas through both visuals and writing. As part of our commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the War for Independence, the National Park Service is collaborating with the National Archives on a special project to transcribe more than 80,000 pension records of American Revolution soldiers and their families—handwritten stories of their service and their lives. There is enormous potential for these records to reveal rich, nuanced, and inclusive stories about the Revolution. The Guilford Courthouse NMP Citizen Archivist will focus on transcribing the pension records of soldiers who fought at the Battle of Guilford Courthouse. The work completed by the VIP will allow for the park to gain a fuller story of the people who fought here and their contribution to the foundation of our nation. True West Teaching Assistants support TWFC’s education and community engagement programs. You will oversee and develop the Worship Team while leading 45 nights of worship. You will work closely with the Emcee on all musical elements of the nightly programming, as well as the Social Media & Av Coordinator on all transitions and sound. You will work with the youth leaders to create an atmosphere of worship for multiple denominations and various backgrounds. But not only will you have the opportunity to lead worship every night, you will also have ministry opportunities during the day as you serve alongside and lead students on work projects.
