Employer: Ultra GM, LLC
Expires: 05/21/2025
Marketing and Website Operations Associate Ultra GM is looking for a Marketing and Website Operations Associate to help market and advertise its revolutionary new fantasy football platform, which will go live in February 2025. This is a remote work position that can be done from anywhere, but we are based in Miami and it would be great if you are open to living in South Florida. This is a start-up business so it will fit best for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited about the possibility of getting in on the ground floor of something great. The role will involve social media and other communications with football broadcasters, podcasters, YouTubers, analysts and others in the football and fantasy sports industries to help promote our new product. An interest in football is a minimum requirement, but a deep love and fanaticism are better. A good understanding of the sport and strong communication skills are also important. The candidate should have familiarity and facility with various social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others. Knowledge of and/or experience with marketing concepts is desirable, but not essential. Computer programming, IT and website development skills are not required, but would be a plus.In addition to the social media and marketing responsibilities, you will also be involved in monitoring and managing website operations. This does not require significant computer skills. It would involve helping to make sure the site is functioning properly, handling support tickets and inquiries, and assisting with commissioner responsibilities, such as approving trades. More generally, because this is a small, start-up company, you will need to be open to helping out wherever needed (no manual labor). We are looking for someone creative and proactive who can help with ideas to make the platform as good (and fun) as it can be. Ultra GM is starting with NFL football, but we plan to expand to other sports in the future so interest in and knowledge of soccer, basketball, baseball and hockey are desirable. If you are knowledgeable about the business of soccer, e.g., Financial Fair Play (FFP)/Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR)/Financial Sustainability Regulations (FSR), transfer market, etc. that would be ideal. This job posting is for a part-time internship, but our hope is to find the right people to become full-time employees thereafter so candidates that are open to that possibility are preferred.
